Conclusions.
1. The use of the homeopathic drug Calcium Quercus Globuli velati in adolescent girls with AUB for hemostatic purposes is inappropriate due to the lack of rapid effect.
2. The appointment of this homeopathic drug is appropriate for the formation of MC in girls, because in 55% of patients its use for 3–4 months leads to normalization of MC and the disappearance of pathological changes in the ovaries.
3. An additional criterion for prescribing the drug is heavy menstrual bleeding and a history of allergic skin reactions on the background of its dryness.
4. The use of this drug in the AUB is the method of choice in patients with contraindications to treatment with hormonal drugs.
