Influence of the drug Esafosfina on the course of heart failure in patients in postinfarction period

During the study of the effectiveness of the drug Ezafosfina in complex therapy of heart failure after myocardial infarction it was identified positive dynamics of clinical symptoms and increase of exercise tolerance in patients with heart failure with reduced left ventricular systolic function, which correlated with an increase in left ventricular ejection fraction according to ultrasound of the heart.
