Purpose: to investigate the specific features of constructing a clinical pathway for patients with recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) complicated by post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The object of research: management of women of reproductive age (20–40 years) with RPL and PTSD. The subject of research: components and specifics of building a clinical pathway for women with repeated reproductive losses burdened by PTSD. Methods: clinical interviewing, analysis of medical records, standardized questionnaire, gynecological and ultrasound examination, laboratory, organizational, analytical and statistical methods. Results. 150 participants were surveyed to confirm PTSD. Data on gynecological and reproductive history were collected and analyzed. Participants were divided into groups: main group I (two subgroups: a) planning pregnancy, b) already pregnant, both with RPL and PTSD); comparison group II — patients with RPL without PTSD; and control group III — patients with PTSD planning pregnancy but without RPL. All participants were offered a clinical pathway that included psychological support and an interdisciplinary approach. Statistical analysis revealed a significant association between adherence to the clinical pathway and successful pregnancy outcomes. Conclusion. A clinical pathway for patients diagnosed with RPL and PTSD has been tested. Its key features included psychological screening and support, detailed collection of reproductive and gynecological history, assessment and correction of somatic indicators (including lifestyle-related risk factors), and an interdisciplinary approach that contributed to reducing the risk of recurrent pregnancy loss.
