There is a large anatomical-physiological and functional connection of the cervical spine with various parts of the skull, brain, and in some diseases of the cervical spine (osteochondrosis, spondylosis, trauma) pathological symptom complexes may occur in the face and oral cavity. The lecture discusses the anatomical-physiological features of the cervical spine (structure, nervous and vascular system), its connection with the structures of the skull, brain and the occurrence of neurostomatological symptom complexes in its pathology. The features of emergency medical care are highlighted.
