The aim of this study was to study the effectiveness of the use of a drug based on standardized lyophilisate OM-85 in the prevention of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children. The data obtained indicate that the inclusion of a drug based on standardized lyophilisate OM-85 in the complex treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections allows for a short time to achieve a stable effect of restoring the immunoreactivity of children and reduce the frequency of disease recurrences.
