Professional burnout is considered a component of a decrease in the quality of professional activity. Violations of the employee’s quality work function indicate the risk of developing mental disorders with an unfavorable prognosis. Early detection of emotional burnout is essential to ensure a timely and effective mental health follow-up strategy to prevent the progression of burnout. A prerequisite for early diagnosis and detection of emotional burnout is conducting a questionnaire and a reliable method of psychological support.
