Extrapontine myelinolysis: features of one clinical observation

We present the actual clinical observation of the detected case of extrapontine myelinolysis in a patient with discirculatory hypertensive and dysmetabolic encephalopathy and chronic kidney disease with courses of hemodialysis. The course of the disease, clinical symptoms, diagnostic measures and treatment tactics were carried out.
