Legal provision of healthcare reform

The analysis of draft legal acts on healthcare reform. This draws attention to attempts to impose compensation medical care, including secondary (specialized) care and tertiary (highly specialized) medical care. The analyzed the concept of «solidarity health insurance». Analysis of current legislation and proposed draft regulations is considered in comparison with the legislation in developed countries — the European Union, as well as the UK and the US. Fully considered the Constitutional Court of Ukraine concerning the interpretation of Art. 49 of the Constitution of Ukraine. A conclusion on the modernization of legislation on health care.
