Ursodeoxycholic acid: the possibilities of using in treatment of chronic liver diseases

The article provides an overview of current literature data on the possibilities of using of ursodeoxycholic acid in clinical practice. The expediency of its appointment, both in monotherapy and in combination with other drugs, is justified for a number of pathological conditions in hepatology. Along with high efficacy, a good tolerability and safety of the drug was noted.
